A podcast talking to the average runner about their race experiences. No elites or race winners! Get the low down on what the race is right for the normal runners - how they trained, their race experience and would they recommend it? We can all live vicariously through their experience and feel some of the excitement, pain and hopefully success that they did.

In the second of their post Covid 19 hundred mile races, Centurion held the Thames Path 100 last weekend.
Lauren set off from Richmond to run a daunting 100 miles along the Thames to Oxford. Hear how she got on, her tips for training for a flat 100 mile event and the restorative power of a Calippo.
We also discuss female participation in ultras as Lauren was one of only 28 women out of 230 starters. Are there barriers to entry and could the running community do more to encourage an even participation level?
